How to notify members
When someone engages with your Tropee, they become a ‘member’ of your page. As a Tropee user, you can send emails to all your members automatically whenever you add a new task or reward. So when you've got something new going on, your whole crew can get involved!
Notify members about a new task
You can email all your members whenever you add a new task. Just pick the task you want to share with your fans, go to the Share tab, and click Notify now.
Every member will get an email with your Tropee photo and name that looks like this:
Clicking this link will take them straight to your Tropee page.
The link will be highlighted for two seconds, allowing your members to easily spot and click on the new task. It also gives them a chance to explore other tasks available on your Tropee page.

You can email all your members whenever you add a new reward. Just pick the reward you want to share with your fans, go to the Share tab, and click Notify now.
